Michelle Williams:

Sean Munger takes us through the conclusion of his epic “The Winds of War” Live-blogged summer of reading, war and wine. I have found Sean’s series to be wonderfully creative and thoroughly enjoyable as I relived a book I read decades ago through Sean’s blogging and wine sipping. I must confess Sean published this last installment a few weeks ago. I was out of town and somehow missed it completely. I am thankful I circled back around to look for it and found the last installment of Herman Wouk’s “The Winds of War.” As you have been following along all summer you know where the book is heading. As Wouk leads us to the tragic “day that will live in infamy,” he does so with quite the love triangle and romantic drama. So buckle your seat belt and pour a glass of your favorite bold, dramatic wine and enjoy as Sean concludes “The Winds of War.”

This has truly been a great “Literary Summer” of books, wine and fun, and I’d like to thank Michelle for her help which has made this series one of the richest and most fun projects I’ve ever undertaken on…
